Corporate Social Responsibility

We aim constantly to be a socially responsible company, as we believe that one of the main reasons for our business’ existence, is to make a positive difference to the lives of our employees, our and their families and the community that surrounds us.

Undoubtedly, our responsibility starts in-house by:

– Adopting very flexible labour policies, based on which employees get to choose which schedule fits them best.
– Regularly being engaged in initiatives that provide services and food packages to communities in need in Tirana.
– Offering free-language courses to vulnerable children, at the premises of a renowned humanitarian institution for the last 4 years. We see learning a foreign language as a right to the many and not as a privilege to a few.
– Offering free online English language classes 5 days a week during Covid lock-down, to anyone who was interested to practice the language and have some interesting time.
