Real-Time Social Media Content Creation
A key highlight of our contribution was the presence of our dedicated social media content creator, who remained on-site for the entire duration of the event to capture its energy, professionalism, and overall atmosphere. With a keen eye for detail and an understanding of the event’s formality, he filmed speakers, panel discussions, audience interactions, and behind-the-scenes moments from multiple angles, ensuring visually rich and engaging coverage. Wide shots showcased the venue and ambiance, while focused shots highlighted the expressions, messages, and key interventions of the speakers. He also collected detailed clips of branding, materials, and logistical elements that reflected the identity and structure of the event.
By gathering an extensive library of raw video and photo material, our creator enabled the production of a polished highlight video, complete with logos and project details, as well as a high-impact Instagram and LinkedIn reel tailored to the organizing institution’s communication needs.
